Non-attendance at a scheduled appointment without providing a minimum of 24-hours notice will attract a full session cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Full payment of the consultation fee is required at the completion of each appointment. Payment can be made in cash or via EFTPOS facility. No cheques are accepted.

Rebates

If you have a letter of referral and a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, then providing this is presented at the initial session, you can claim a Medicare rebate for the session. Your provider can advise you of whether you are eligible for any rebate for clinical psychology services and the rebate amount.
